SPECIAL ISSUES

The Journal of Engineering for the Maritime Environment has an active Special Issues programme, with a forthcoming Special Issue for 2010 titled: 'Design, Production and Operation of Unmanned Underwater Vehicles'. We also have a Special Issue on 'Maritime Performance Sports' scheduled for 2011 publication. Fluid-Structure Interactions: A Special Issue in Honour of Professor W. Geraint Price, issue M3. Guest Edited by Pandeli Temarel.
The papers within this special issue represent the range of activities within the wider context of fluid-structure interactions, naturally including hydroelasticity. They provide a succinct overview of current research, as well as indicate the many challenges remaining in order to increase accuracy of numerical predictions.

This special issue will be free to view until the end of September 2009.  There are two further papers that were invited for the issue, and these will also be free to view when they are online.
